We will accept returns of unopened items up to 30 days after purchase minus shipping fee. Once items are inspected, we will issue refund via payment method.
While we offer a flat fee of $12 for shipping, it actually costs us way more (you can check your local post office) on average to ship within the contiguous United States. This might sound crazy — but we pay the difference out of pocket so that we can offer the best flat rate to you! It’s tough being a small retailer up against the “free shipping movement” of our bigger competitors. We simple don't make enough to be able to do that. But we’re doing our best, and we’re grateful for your understanding.
Please note that customers ordering from outside the contiguous USA are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes and fees applied and whatever the cost of shipping might be for that country.
